Survey calls being conducted amidst COVID-19 pandemic; Questions about trust in Singapore govt's performance ability to address crisis

Just this morning, I received a call from a survey company to help answer a series of questions which is supposed to be about marketing.
But the questions ended sounding more like a voter survey by the Government.
Below are the questions that I was asked to answer.

  • How satisfied are you of life these days?
  • How satisfied are you with the standard of living?
  • To what extent are you pleased with the way your constituency is run?
  • To what extent do you think you can retire comfortably?
  • To what extent do you think you will retire in Singapore if you can move to another country?
  • How confident are you with the Singapore Police?
  • How confident are you with the judicial system and court?
  • How confident are you with the Singapore Armed Forces?
  • How confident are you with the Civil Service?
  • How confident are you with the Mainstream media?
  • How confident are you with Citizen journalism?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the quality of public housing?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the affordability of public health care?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the quality of public health care?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with quality of living condition housing?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the affordability of public housing?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the affordability of private housing?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the reliability of public transport?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the affordablility of public transport?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with quality of education in Singapore?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the affordability of education in Singapore?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the pace of immigration?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the quality of migrants?
  • To what extent are you comfortable with the cost of living?
  • What is your agreement level in the following statements?
    • Govt makes decision in the best of interest of Singapore society.
    • There are enough channels for the Government to consult the public.
    • If I were to express my opinion, the Government will take it seriously.
    • The govt understands the concerns of Singaporeans.
    • The Government does a good job in explaining the rational in behind its policy decision

What is your confidence level in the Government’s ability in dealing with crisis if it happens in Singapore?
  • What is your confidence level in the Government’s ability to resolve day to day issues?
  • What is your confidence level in the Government’s ability to provide security?
  • How would you grade the statements in regards to the COVID-19 situation?
    • Worried about own health is not very good

    • Worried because business or income may get affected

    • Not worried about situation
  • To what extent would you grade what the Government has done so far with the COVID-19 situation?
  • To what extend what are you confident on the Government’s ability to deal with the COVID-19 situation?
  • To what extend what are you confident with the society’s ability to cope with the COVID-19 situation?
  • To what extend what are you confident with your family’s ability to cope with the COVID-19 situation?
