City Harvest Church leaders still not in the clear
The Court has rejected the bid by the City Harvest Church (CHC) leaders which contended that prosecutors had not done enough to make a case against them. Judge See Kee Oon ruled that the charges of criminal breach of trust and falsification of accounts came with sufficient evidence. This means that the CHC’s leaders have to mount a defence if they wish to be acquitted.
