A train disruption occurred along the North South Line (NSL) this Tuesday (14 May) morning due to a track point failure, according to SMRT.

Commuters started to tweet their complaints at 10:18am:

At 10:37am SMRT informed about the service delay through its Twitter platform, also including East West Line (EWL), asking for 25 minutes additional travel time from Ang Mo Kio to Toa Payoh towards Marina Bay. It then repeated the message three times, the last was at 10:47am:

At 11:21am SMRT reduced the additional travel time to 10 minutes:
