Cat Walfare Society (CWS) has announced on its Facebook the coming event CATOPIA IS BACK which will be held tomorrow.
The  CATOPIA IS BACK will take place at Our Tampines Hub B1 Festive Atrium and Market on 11 February, between 11am – 6pm.
The event will carry out some interests:

  • Adoption Drive – Get closer to Catopia’s cats that are up for adoption.
  • Be a Saving Lives Ambassador – Bring your pets between 11am – 6pm to be a part of the Adopted Pet Ambassador photo shoot. All adopted pets are welcomed.
  • Pet Portraits and Workshops – Artists Melissa from Paintinks by Melt and Candice from Puffing Muffin are offering pet portraits in their unique styles, while Ru from Dulcetfig is sharing her passion for painting pretty boxes in a hands-on workshop.
  • Shop for Cats at the Purrzaar shops:
    * Dulcetfig
    * Goood Pet Collars
    * MyItchyFingers
    * Purrballs
    * Sloth Studio
    * Sneaky Whiskers

CWS said that Salvation Army will be also be joining in setting up a booth at CATOPIA.

For the pets brought to the events CWS gives some tips:

  • Make sure they are confident to be brought out,
  • Use a secure carrier,
  • Dogs and cats will need to be harnessed or leashed, and
  • Use the Our Tampines Hub escalator between the Hawker Center and Central Plaza to come to B1 Festive Market to bring them.
