马国交通部：两国同意将新柔捷运项目再展延至10月31日

马来西亚交通部昨日（29日）发文宣布，马国及新加坡两国同意，新柔捷运系统（RTS）计划在无需任何附加费用之下，将再展延一个月至10月31日才做出定夺。 我国交通部长许文远和马交长陆兆福，曾于今年5月21日宣布两国将签署新柔捷运（RTS）补充协议，将该计划展延至今年9月30日。不过，马方也因此需附上60万新元的延期费用。 据了解，本次已是大马第六次展延，在此前，该项计划早前已经五度延期，分别是展延至2018年9月份、12月份、今年2月份、3月31日，以及9月30日。延期主要原因为马方需检讨该项目的可行性和成本。 据马国媒体报道，马方认为之前协议中提到的价格过高，因为搭乘柔佛往新加坡一趟是15令吉（约5新元）。 如果两国确定终止计划，马方亦需赔偿我国6千600万新元。 新柔捷运跨越柔佛海峡连接柔佛和我国的地铁线路，旨在解决两国日常交通阻塞问题，该线长达43公里，共设31站。 马方需为该计划承担40亿令吉（约13亿3000万新元）费用，其余60巴仙费用则由我国承担。该捷运原定于2024年投入运作。除此之外，马方也需面对包括征地赔偿等费用，无形中加重该国政府的成本负担。
