Edwin Tong: Singapore Govt dedicated to uplifting standards of Singapore football

Edwin Tong, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, reaffirmed the government’s unwavering dedication to improving Singapore football. The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) is currently conducting a review of the team’s performance at the SEA Games, and the findings are anticipated to be disclosed in July. Mr Tong, formerly vice-president of FAS from 2013 to 2020, acknowledged the need for better results but emphasised long-term efforts and collective action.
