Newly elected Aljunied Group Representation Constituency Member of Parliament Gerald Giam will be holding his next Meet-the-People session (MPS) next Wednesday evening (19 August) at Blk 522 Hougang Ave 6.

Mr Giam, treasurer for the Workers’ Party, said yesterday that the MPS is scheduled to be held from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

He highlighted that safe distancing and other precautionary measures against COVID-19 will be taken as per every MPS, such as keeping groups to a maximum of five persons per table, ensuring chairs and tables were cleaned after each session with case writers, and providing health hygiene kits comprising sanitisers, cleaning agent and cloth/kitchen towel/tissue for attendees.

“We will continue with these safety measures to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone,” said Mr Giam.
