悲情牌救不了行动党傲慢 林鼎批李总理群众演说沦空谈

“李显龙打“怀旧牌”,过于依赖前总理的政绩;他描绘长远的未来,但是对于今天人民行动党一手造成的问题,什么也不说。”

这是反对派“人民之声”领袖林鼎,对于李显龙的国庆群众大会演说的评价,他揶揄总理的国庆群众演说,比较像是“竞选演说”,尝试拉拢选民在来届选举继续支持。

他预计来届选举很快就来临,呼吁选民为半世纪以来最为决定性的政治宣战做好准备。

林鼎认为,李显龙的致词并未振奋人民对国家前景的信心,反之更显得为政府政策辩解,还无耻地向他们常常欺骗的选民捞选票。

“他们说要给国家稳定,可是人民得到的是动荡不安—水电费起价造成的物价飞涨,这都是执政者反动思维和极度短视造成的。演说中的政策随后遭到网民挞伐和嘲讽,可见人民不因此买单。”

李显龙推出的“默迪卡一代配套”涵盖从1950-1959年出生的50万选民,林鼎认为,他们付出劳力协助建构第一世界国家,但即使物价飞涨薪水却不涨,也从没有把公积金归还给他们。

为养活家人、为了建设国家,他们牺牲与孩子相处的时间,付出长工时打拼。结果现在还有很多“默迪卡一代”,即便拥有专业技能,却只能靠驾驶私召车过活。

“他们当中有许多是我国最亮眼、杰出的一群,但是很多人都没有足够的退休积蓄,因为大部分的公积金都用来偿还定价过高的公共组屋贷款。”

至于涵盖69岁以上的45万年长人口的“建国一代”,也已发现到政府提供的辅助配套,已经难以应付飙涨的医疗成本。

在2011年,已故李光耀曾提及公共组屋不可能贬值,这也成为李显龙长年以来的论述基础。可是反观今天,他干脆不强调这论点了,而是推出整修组屋计划尝试安抚老百姓,却选择忽略最根本的现实问题— 组屋“拥有者”实为“租户”。

百万高薪教人民“省钱”

李显龙辩称生活成本高涨是因为“人们对生活素质追求的提升”,林鼎对此抨击,当大部分国人都在拉长补短勉强过活,如此建议有欠公平,况且李显龙夫妇坐享百万薪资,致使他们与群众生活脱节。

“总理仅一天收入就超过大部分国人数个月的收入,却来教人民怎么节约,这是荒谬的。”

他提醒,当前国人不需要任何“夸张虚假的悲情”,而是重启基于社区凝聚力的新加坡精神,改善我们现有的生活条件素质。国人团结一致,可以把“拿回国家”,自己当家作主,才是真正的独立,所有人都是“立国一代”。

截至今早,林鼎近10分钟的致词视频,获得24万7千次点播和7千460次分享。网民评论则多达628则。反观李总理的致词仅10万3千次点播,分享次数仅达740次。而且还是被同样数人重复分享。

即便在Youtube,总理的演说也仅获得7万3000次观看次数,直播时仅有2万人观看。

在林鼎视频的留言中,一些网民仍感谢李总理的付出,不过有者也提出尖锐评价:

Frankie Jeremy Lee:我正是“默迪卡一代”的受害者之一,我们的薪资被扣除缴付公积金,但到最后人民行动党政府没办法保障我们的就业,很多人都失业了,有些成为保险代理,更多当了私召车司机。

我们被解雇后并没有被重聘,经济萧条过后,我们的工作都被外籍员工抢走了。政府说我们的技能不符合需求,还准备了配套让我们提升,这是笑话!

迷失的“默迪卡一代”

Kok Ming Cheang:林鼎的致词正中红心,揭露人民行动党政府的真实意图,即继续愚弄新加坡人民。这是对国人的警钟,要在来届国选把行动党赶下台。

辉煌的“默迪卡一代”不仅是被遗忘世代,也是迷失的一群。很多人至少有0水平教育程度,但还在低薪劳作甚至失业,退休时可能只有少许的公积金储蓄。
人民行动党政府,在2015年大选时,就推出了类似的选举噱头— “建国一代配套”。现在又故技重施,想赢得50年代出生的国人选票。如果这不是为了金钱至上的行动党政府和油水政策,年长者得到的补贴只是杯水车薪,如此庞大计划不要也罢。

事实上,政府藉此拓展组织架构,也提高政府开销,例如政府特别设立了建国一代办公处,仅仅是为了落实该计划。同样状况估计也回发生在默迪卡配套上,这就是政府创造就业机会的手法,却无法为国家带来实质贡献。

Dave Tan 也看出政府伎俩:行动党在2015年大选推出“建国一代”,现在又想用“默迪卡一代”配套来争取特定群体选票。结果国庆群众演说,对于现有严峻问题的解决方案是零。这些领袖才是讨要百万高薪的庸碌(mediocre)之才。

Noni Adam也认同林鼎提到的国人现状,她说,自己来自清寒家庭,对生活成本倍感压力,虽然是新加坡人,却感到如同外来者般的对待。

Lin Rui Xin则留言道:我认同你所说,都是国人每日感同身受的。公共组屋转售的价码太疯狂,即便我们每天做工都还是负债累累,而房子价格最终还是要归零。至于预购组屋设下滑稽条件和罚金,还要排长龙等候,最后还不一定能拿到自己想要的房子。国家支付部长们高薪,不解民生,却还要叫我们怎样省钱。

吁反对党提替代方案

至于Kenneth Walter De Souza则要求林鼎针对屋契问题提替代方案:

我大致认同您的意见,但请问您本身对解决屋契问题又有何高见?国外也有许多地方同样面对土地稀缺问题,如香港、纽约和伦敦。他们的产业一旦屋契到期,同样也归零。更何况我国私有产业屋契也同样是99年屋契。

我不认同转为永久屋契就能解决问题,毕竟国家还是需要土地发展,很多反对党领袖都在批评行动党,但老师说仍没有人能提出可替代的有效方案。
