梁实轩反诉总理滥用法庭程序 李显扬成辩护基金捐助者之一

反将一军!早前被总理李显龙提控的知名时评人暨财务顾问梁实轩,反诉总理滥用法庭程序,并向总理索讨“名誉损害”的赔偿。

梁实轩的代表律师是林鼎,后者在昨日于脸书证实此消息,表示在了解来龙去脉后,毫不犹豫、并很乐意地受理梁实轩一案。

“作为律师,我的职责应是在法庭伸张正义,我期待在审讯中盘问李显龙。”

他认为,梁实轩并未刻意挑起争执,惟后者已为言论自由孜孜不倦奋斗20载。

林鼎脸书也附上以其律师楼Carson Laws Chamber名义发出的文告,文告中称梁实轩认为总理是在滥用司法程序,“我们的客户要求法庭检视有关诽谤提告,是否试图在马国前首相纳吉的审讯和我国大选之前,抑制言论自由。”

梁实轩因为分享了含诽谤内容的文章,而遭总理提告。

获李显扬捐助辩护基金

另一方面,《网络公民》询问梁实轩是否有意发起募捐,后者表示已有许多有人表示愿意捐助支援他的官司辩护费用。

梁实轩表示,希望能动员一万人,一人一元捐助其官司费。即便一万元仍不敷,但梁实轩认为此举主旨在于,让那些部长知道,他们领取高薪可不是用来随意提告百姓诽谤的。

“要让国人和他们的后代,免除被提告的恐惧,让他们得以行使言论自由的权益。”

他也透露,总理弟弟李显扬也资助了其官司辩护基金,《网络公民》也向李显扬证实此事,惟后者不透露捐款数额。
