马总警长:刘特佐在澳门 马新合作查一马公司弊案

马来西亚总警长弗兹证实,大马警方前往香港准备逮捕大马年轻富豪刘特佐,惟后者已潜逃到澳门。

刘特佐曾透过律师接洽大马反贪污委员会,表示愿意针对一马公司弊案调查给予合作。他曾献议在杜拜会面,但是反贪会主席苏克里已表明,刘特佐必须返马接受调查。

马移民局从6月15日起,已撤销刘特佐护照,只要他入境不同国家,就会遭对付。

新加坡执法单位对邻国施予援手,继续调查一马公司弊案。在我国的要求下,国际刑警已在2016年10月,对刘特佐和同样涉案的商人陈金隆。发出红色通缉令。

美国司法部相信,陈金隆在许多涉案金钱转移,扮演刘特佐的代理,经其受转移多达23亿来自一马公司的资金,到不同的单位和个人,包括马国前首相纳吉。

新加坡助查一马案

新加坡金融管理局总监孟文能说,我国对一马公司案的调查仍未结束,该局仍在寻找和有意传召特定人士问话。

自2015年3月以来,新加坡一直向大马提供一马公司弊案相关资料,即便大马前朝政府没主动要求。“随着新政府上任,马方执法单位重启调查,我们一直都有紧密联系。“

新加坡总检察署、新加坡警方和金管局。也在6月8日邀请阿都甘尼领导的一马公司调查团队,来我国商讨和分享调查事宜。

我国的调查揭露其中的交易网非常复杂, 涉及许多空壳公司和个人,遍及美国、瑞士、香港、卢森堡和马来西亚,牵涉到一马公司非法资金流动的银行甚至达8家,总罚款达到2千910万新元。

马国前首相纳吉在2015年透露,一马公司从开曼群岛赎回约11亿300万美元(约41亿令吉)资金,存入新加坡瑞意银行,而一马公司属下子公司Brazen Sky,以该笔款项向多家国家银行抵押贷款。

新加坡金管局就一马公司案,调查近40家银行。2015年9月,瑞意银行前高级私人银行家叶友志,旗下几个银行账户被调查而遭冻结1千万新元资金。

叶友志的客户包括刘特佐、SRC国际公司、一马环球投资公司、国际石油投资公司(IPIC)、IPIC子公司阿尔巴投资公司。

2016年,新加坡瑞意银行(BSI)前财富规划师杨家伟,因洗黑钱和欺骗罪成,入狱四年半,在众多涉案者中,面对的刑罚最严重。

他在2012年11月14日,把50万美元从Bridgerock在马来亚银行的户口,转移到Yishun Aquarium的华侨银行户口。杨家伟拥有Bridgerock投资公司权益,但他隐瞒瑞意银行,他通过Bridgerock收取部分管理费。
