SINGAPORE — Presale tickets for Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour in Singapore sold out within just three hours!

Despite the exceptionally long queue at Ticketmaster starting from Wednesday (5 Jul) noon, the organizer AEG Presents Asia officially announced the sell-out of all UOB Cardmembers Presale tickets by 3 pm on the same day.

However, Swifties who received an access code from Ticketmaster still have a chance to try their luck with the General On-sale starting on Friday (7 Jul) at 12 pm Singapore time.

The demand for Taylor Swift concert tickets was astonishingly high, with some Swifties reporting extremely long queues and over 1.4 million fans waiting in the online ticket booking system as of 1:30 pm on Wednesday.

There are approximately 300,000 tickets available across the six days of the concert.

According to Ticketmaster’s FAQ, a random queue number is assigned to those who access the ticketing link. This queue is implemented to manage traffic flow and identify and restrict access by bots.

Ticket prices for Taylor Swift’s six-night concert at the National Stadium in March 2024 range from $108 to $348, with VIP packages also available.

General sales will start on Friday at noon, both online on Ticketmaster and physically at SingPost outlets islandwide. This is open to everyone who obtained an access code after a prior pre-registration exercise.

Taylor Swift last performed in Singapore back in 2015 during her “The 1989 World Tour.” However, she did not include Singapore in her “Reputation Stadium Tour” in 2018, where she only had a stop in Tokyo.
