【选举】黄富荣指本地外籍人才剧增 公平待遇已成求职者隐忧
黄富荣指出国人求职时，都害怕没有获得公平竞争机会和待遇，他质问“既然行动党鼓吹我国拥有世界级教育”，为什么却没有培育出世界级的人才，反而需要高薪聘请外国人才。
工人党东海岸集选区候选人黄荣富在网上直播中提出，我国在过去五年雇佣外籍人才增长，而本地违反公平考量框架的公司达到1000间。
因此，工人党要求在聘请外国人才时，雇主必须提交详细资料和拒绝国人的理由；限定工作准证持有者的时限；强制严格审查工作准证和S-Pass申请者的学历；对国人招聘率底的公司和雇主，进行严厉限制或禁止聘请外籍员工；以及减低课税、税收回扣、提供奖金和减少官方收费，以提高国人聘请。
