70-yr-old Singaporean male from SAFRA Jurong cluster confirmed as 10th death from COVID-19 infection

The Ministry of Health has confirmed the death of a 70-yr-old Singaporean male as the 10th death from COVID-19 complications in Singapore on Tuesday evening.
The deceased, Case 128 passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 14 April 2020.
He was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 6 March morning and has been warded at National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID).
NCID has reached out to his family and is extending assistance to them.
Of the 1,315 confirmed cases who are still in hospital, most are stable or improving. 28 are in critical condition in the intensive care unit.
The SAFRA Jurong cluster originates from a private dinner function at SAFRA Jurong held on 15 February and a total of 47 cases are linked to this cluster.
MOH reported 334 new COVID-19 cases as of Tuesday, 12pm with a total tally of 3,252 cases since the onset of the outbreak in the country.
