接居家通知者14天内不得擅离居住地 违反将罚款或监禁!

尽管疫情在持续蔓延,当局也一直在提醒民众要谨慎,接获居家通知的人更是不能离开居住地,但对于某些人,仍然屡劝不听。卫生部表示,若接到居家通知者在这期间违反居家通知条例和安全距离措施,将可能被罚款一万元或监禁六个月。

卫生部昨日(26日)晚间发表文告,在《传染病法令》下颁布两项法规,任何人在接获居家通知后,14天内不能离开居住地。若出现有急性呼吸道症状的人,若无合理理由,自医生发出证明开始的五天内,均不得离开住所。

一旦被发现违反规定,将可能被判罚款最高一万元,或最高监禁六个月,或两者兼施。

另一方面,为了加强防控,实施安全距离措施,自26日起,工作场所和学校以外不得超过10人聚集,而且人与人之间必须保持至少1米的距离。

一旦违规,将可被罚款不逾一万元或监禁不超过六个月,或两者兼施。

男子从缅返新后,仍外出用食并拍照上传引热议

日前,一名从缅甸返新的本地男子,在接获居家通知令后仍外出用食,将外食照上传至社交媒体,引起网民关注并举报。事后,男子也称自己是因为得知居家通知在隔日才生效,才会外出用食。

他向《新明日报》透露,当时一名机场人员告诉他,居家通知于隔日生效,所以才会想到外出用食并购买一些商品,为接下来14天做好准备。而他也澄清在外出时全程戴上口罩,过程也不到一个小时。

男子在用餐后,将肉骨茶拍下上传至网络,并表示回新后必吃美食,不料帖文被疯传而引起热议,不少网民纷纷指责他违反居家通知,谴责他不负责任的行为。

他也在事后致歉,并声称自己身为新加坡公民应该负起社会责任。目前他仍在家隔离,情况良好。

移民与关卡局在得知后也发文反驳,居家通知上有明确指示抵新后立即生效,一旦接获通知,民众也必须遵循。

当局表示,目前已调查男子外出用食一事,并已找出当事人,给予警告。

内政部长兼律政部长尚穆根亦在国会上提及此事,称该行为是极度不负责任的行为,当局不允许这种行为发生,因此警方也会展开个别调查。违反通知者,当局也将会采取严厉行动。
