网民:放眼集齐五万联署 吁解除电动滑板车禁令

电动滑板车禁在人行道上行驶的禁令下达至今不到一周,有网民举办网络请愿活动,并放眼在周五,即明日取得五万人的签名。

署名西蒂(译音, Siti Binte Rahimat)的网民,于日前发起网上联署请愿,请愿将敬呈陆路交通管理局、交通部高级政务部长蓝彬明、交通部长许文远、交通部兼通讯及新闻部高级政务部长普杰立医生、交通兼文化、社区及青年部政务次长马炎庆等七造。

至到截稿为止,请愿书已经获得2万1824人签署。

西蒂指出,她是为个人代步工具使用者家族发出有关的请愿书,并指禁止电动滑板车在行人道上行驶,如同禁止使用。

“公共连接道(PCN)和脚车道并没有衔接,以及点对点的链接,因此限制电板车使用这两种通道,就好似让人使用厕所,却不能使用马桶一样。”

指责政府没提供替代方案

她指出,禁止骑士们使用人行道,却没有给出替代方案,简直是抹杀了个人代步工具的使用,也影响了许多国人的收入来源。

昨日已有部分外卖快递员向总理、尚穆根和蓝彬明申诉上述禁令带来的不便。

她也表示,有关禁令仓促实施,而且我国目前许多地区都没有脚车道和公共连接道,实在是令人为难。

她更批评蓝彬明在指出我国跟随法国等国家的脚步,采取有关的禁令,但是却没有指出法国允许骑士们以时速20公里的速度,在公路上行驶他们的代步工具。

“虽然我国政府正努力建造更多的脚车道和公共连接道,但是目前是否有给予骑士们的替代方案?或者他们可以像脚车骑士般,有时速限制地在马路上行驶?”

“不能使用个人代步工具,简直是就切断了成千上万送餐员,如GrabFood、FoodPanda和Deliveroo等工作人员的主要收入来源。他们大部分都无法使用脚车或电单车作为代步工具,因为他们工作范围对脚车来说太大了,而大部分也没有电单车驾照,更无法自掏腰包买车。”

她续指出,其他受到影响的人士还包括了载送孩子的母亲、送餐人员,以及数千名依靠个人代步工具上下班的通勤者。

因此她呼吁政府在公共连接道和脚车道覆盖率更大、更方便之前,允许电板车骑士“回到”行人道上。
