销售商道歉 食品局展开调查 客户惊见鳄梨奶昔中有塑料块

新加坡食品局接获投诉,指有消费者在一瓶由泌乳产品销售商Milking Cow Sg出产的鳄梨奶昔中,发现了塑料碎片,当局已展开调查。遭投诉销售商获悉事件后,在脸书上帖文道歉。

Milking Cow Sg是饼干和奶昔等奶制品的网上销售商。

一网民投诉于9月12日饮用当天送抵的鳄梨奶昔时,喉咙感到不舒服,“感觉像在吞服药丸”。

“我嘴里当时有一个硬块,我以为是未溶解的糖块,所以尝试将它咬碎。”

“但是它没有破掉,所以我就取出来查看,之后发现到它既然像是一块塑料。”

食品局在受询及此事件时指出,当局已在进行调查。当局也欢迎知晓详情的消费者,通过在线反馈表格提供信息。

“食品安全大家有责。食品经销商必须遵守良好的食品卫生和制备标准。”

当局也表示有定期检查食品企业,以确保相关企业符合卫生标准,当局也会在必要时采取行动。

Milking Cow Sg于9月19日在脸书上帖文,对在鳄梨奶昔中发现塑料块一事道歉。

帖文中,当局表示非常重视卫生和素质管理,因此会和食品局合作调查此案。

该销售商指出,食品局官员曾于当日到他们的工作场所进行调查,没有发现任何食品处理不当事件。惟,他们表示会进行彻底调查,尽力保障目前和未来的食品订单素质。

他们在帖文中也提供电邮地址,乐意为有不满的客户进行订单取消和退款的工作。“我们希望您在我们努力变好的同时,不会失去对我们的信心,我们也愿意提高产量品质,以便为您提供更好地服务。”

该销售商于隔日,即20日再次帖文,表示从此事件中吸取经验,会采取步骤改善产品和服务,包括增加人力等。

他们也感谢客户们的支持、鼓励和信任,并表示当局会吸取教训。

“为了弥补我们的失误,并感谢所有客户的支持,我们将在9月28日早上送出100份免费燕麦。”
