六旬翁图持刀抢当铺被控上庭

持刀抢当铺失败的六旬老汉,在逃跑后32小时内被逮捕,并于今早(7月15日)被控上庭。

67岁的被告欧马尔被指拿着菜刀企图敲坏当铺内的一个珠宝柜子,因此他被控企图用危险武器抢劫。

事发于上周五(12日)下午1时50分,在勿洛北1街第213座的一家“方圆当”。

被告当时蒙面在当铺内东张西望,然后忽然拿出菜刀试图敲破玻璃展示柜,但是玻璃柜子没破,他的菜刀却断成两截了。

当铺职员见状即刻报警,被告则拿起菜刀逃之夭夭。

警方接获投报后的32小时内,在义顺22街成功将被告逮捕归案。

目前被告被还押并送到心理卫生医院,以进行精神评估。案件被展延至本月29日再过堂。
