李玮玲公开2013年柯金梨和父亲往来电邮 内容讨论遗嘱事宜

已故建国总理李光耀的女儿李玮玲,今早在个人脸书公布一则誌期2013年12月12日的电邮。有关电邮是由李和李律师事务所的柯金梨致函给李光耀,内容提及平分遗产事宜。

李玮玲在贴文中指责,其兄长一再指责其兄嫂,即李显扬妻子林学芬有份参与并促使父亲李光耀签署2013年12月的遗嘱。

“柯金梨否认参与2013年遗嘱,这都是虚假的,柯金梨一直在撒谎,她也违背了对他客户即我父亲的职责。”

她重申李和李律师事务所一直都是父亲的私人事务律师,协助处理包括遗嘱、授权书和医疗照护事前指示(AMD)。

“事实是父亲在签署2013年12月遗嘱前,对于他想修改的事宜和柯金梨有深入讨论。从2013年11月底直到12月13日,父亲就他的遗嘱内容,以电邮往来和柯金梨讨论。”

她指出,和柯金梨在此前的讨论,都反映在父亲在2013年12月17日签署的遗嘱,正是父亲想要的,平分给所有子女,也是父亲和母亲及所有人一致同意的。

李玮玲也表示,此次公开的只是父亲与柯金梨其中一则讨论2013年12月遗嘱的电邮,“还有更多,”不过她未明言还有更多是否意味着仍会继续公开更多内容和档案。

李和李律师事务所的合伙人,也是柯玉芝侄女的柯金梨,曾在去年2017年向《海峡时报》表示,自己没有参与最终遗嘱的订立。

约两周前(4月15日)李玮玲就曾在个人脸书发文抨击,近期媒体报导不断重复哥哥李显龙总理,对李显扬的“不实且可耻的指控”(false and dishonourable allegations),指后者涉及诈欺父亲以在遗嘱中获得更多份额。

“这根本就是说谎。”不过,李玮玲没有指名道姓是哪家媒体的报导。

在2017年成立的部长委员会,李显龙的宣誓声明指责,李显扬身为律师的妻子林学芬,有份参与最终遗嘱的拟定。李显龙直指,弟媳林学芬身为利害关係人直接参与遗嘱的订立“耐人寻味”,並且“似乎涉及利益衝突”。
不过,李显扬也已反驳,自己的妻子从未担任李光耀的律师,“父亲的遗嘱在五年前就执行。当父亲完成遗嘱后,告知全家和他的律师,遗嘱由李&李律师事务所保管。”
 
至于李玮玲,在上述脸书贴文也指出,在2012年,父亲确有打算在遗嘱中分给他较多的份额,但是在2013年,又重新回归到公平分配的决定。“平等分配一直都是我们父母的意愿和与子女们的共识。”

根据李玮玲的说法,柯金梨在2015年6月,曾致函给他们三位兄妹,指出父亲同意把所有遗产平分给三位子女。

“最终遗嘱如此确定。我们拿到平分的遗产,不多也不少。”

李玮玲也指出,是柯金梨本身建议父亲平分遗产。

李玮玲指在一封来自柯金梨的电邮中,柯有提到平分遗产的事宜,这也是最后遗嘱体现的内容。

今年初,总检察署针对李显扬妻子林学芬,为建国总理李光耀准备遗嘱一事,向新加坡律师公会提呈逾500页的投诉信。

总检察署指林学芬作为专业律师,在为李光耀准备遗嘱一事,有失职之嫌的表面证据,表面触犯法律专业(专业行为规章)第25节条文和第46节条文。

总理弟弟李显扬上周在脸书更新有关诉讼的进展。他指出总检察署的投诉,也重复了过去李显龙在“神秘的部长委员会”作出的指控。

在2017年,李显扬和李玮玲发表联合声明,指责哥哥在欧思礼路故居的拆除议题上,涉嫌滥用其职权和地位,来推动个人议程;使得总理随后在国会发表声明,反驳弟妹的指控。
