近三百人失候选人资格 党委不得参政 泰法院宣判爱国党解散

泰国大选在即,泰国爱国党(Thai Raksa Chart)因推荐公主成为首相候选人闹上官司,昨日泰国宪法法院正式宣判解散爱国党,该党所有282名候选人即刻失去参选资格,而党行政执委也被限制在未来10年内不能参与任何政治活动。

泰国将于本月24日举行全国大选,登记候选人的截止日期已过,因此爱国党面对解散判决,意味着其候选人将无缘此次大选。换言之,在来届大选中,军政府的敌手就少了一个劲敌,而前首相他信回国之路再添阻。

宪法法院于昨日下午宣判,指爱国党推选皇室成员为候选人违反了《政党法》、抵触君主制在政治立场上的中立立场。法院也重申宪法规定皇室成员凌驾于政治之说,必须在政治立场上保持中立,不能参政。

法院指出,虽然爱国党有选择候选人的自由和权力,但是他们的选择不可为君主立宪制政体带来不利影响,也不可以破坏或损坏君主制的政治中立立场。

爱国党接受判决

爱国党党魁布伊普查在超过20名党员和党委的陪同下,到法院聆听审判。接获有关宣判后,他虽然显得情绪激动,但是仍然对记者表示接受判决,感谢支持者一路的支持,但是仍然会怀着对国家有利的善意去做事。

现场的支持者对有关的判决感到无力,甚至落泪。现场也见警员戒备。基于案件的特殊性,泰国警方出动了超过1200人部署在法院内外和四周。据悉,现场更安装了愈70部监视器,媒体不获准进入法院内,只能在大厅外观看电视现场直播。

公主:令人沮丧的消息

爱国党于2月8日宣布推荐泰王长姐乌汶叻公主竞选首相职位,当天晚上泰王就发出皇室文告,斥责有关的举动极为不恰当,违反了宪法,也违反了皇室立场。选举委员会在数日后宣布乌汶叻公主不符合候选人资格,并且将对爱国党采取法律行动。

身在德国的乌汶叻公主在接获有关消息后,透过Instagram向支持者说道,“爱国党被解散是一个非常悲伤和令人沮丧的消息“。

朱拉隆功大学安全与国际事务研究所所长提蒂南认为,爱国党的支持者在该当解散后,将会把支持票投给其他亲他信家族的政党。
