华侨中学一英籍教师 涉吸毒拥毒被控

Analysts noted that the decline was worse than that of September 2001, following the terrorist attacks in the US, when exports dropped 30.7 per cent.

一名英国籍的华侨中学人文科教师,因涉吸毒拥毒,在今日被控四项毒品相关罪状。

名为布尔格(Burge Christopher David) 的65岁教师,以1万元获保释,并将在下月1日再次出庭。

根据控状,布尔格吸食安非他命,并在去年的9月14日和19日,被发现企图购买五包安非他命毒品。

控状指,在去年9月20日晚,布尔格在林登通道85B单位里,拥有供吸毒用的器皿和一包毒品。当天,他还在那里接受了一包重量至少为6.12克的毒品。这些药物含有合成大麻中的活性成分。

布尔格是在去年9月22日被提控。其辩护律师则申诉被告心理报告未出炉,为此法官裁示布尔格在下月再出庭。

因吸毒和拥毒,布尔格科面临最高10年监禁或两万元的罚款,或两者兼施。

拥有吸毒器具,也可让他面对三年监禁以及一万元的罚款。
