Passengers posts on TATA SMRT Facebook gave the information of the train delays along the NSL:
Kamal Mohd : Big crowds at Yishun station towards North point bus stop. Schedules No train services from Yishun to Bishan. From now to 8am.
And at 7:07am Kamal Mohd added:
Kamal Mohd wrote: "Don’t worry they have assigned so many shuttles bus and task force teams very well planned .."
But at about 11:30am, Eileen Tan and John Robert informed that there is an actual train fault along NSL:
Eileen Tan wrote: "All commuters going Khatib, Yio Chu Kang, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan from Sembawang, Woodlands, please make alternative arrangements. All commuters ordered off train at Yishun. Due to train breakdown at another station."
John Robert Lee shared a post of MRT Singapore Service Information; he wrote: " Train fault on the NSL resulting delays from Woodlands to Yishun."
