Unknown substance found at Woodleigh MRT Station found to be baking flour

The unknown substance that had caused Woodleigh Station to be temporarily closed has been established to be baking flour.
This revelation was announced by the police on their Facebook page at 4.24pm.

Woodleigh MRT Station on the North-East Line (NEL) was closed for a couple of hours in the afternoon due to a security incident.
SBS Transit, the operator for the line, tweeted at 1.49 pm that NE11 Woodleigh station was closed due to a security incident. It noted that free bus rides are available at bus stops between Serangoon and Potong Pasir Stations.

The police had also posted on its Facebook and Twitter accounts, advising members of the public to avoid the area. In subsequent updates, the police noted that suspicious substance was found at the station.

Train services at the station resumed at 4.20pm today.
