CCTV footage captures accident scene of 17-year-old teenager

A short Closed-circuit Television (CCTV) footage of the moment that a teenager who fell from the fourth-storey linkway between Orchard Central and Orchard Gateway on Friday (24 February) afternoon was shared on social media platforms.
The 17-year-old male, who has been identified as Jonathan Chow Hua Guang, passed away from his injuries after being conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital which was on standby to receive him.
Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said that paramedics administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation en route to the hospital. Unfortunately, the man did not survive his injuries.
The CCTV showed the Chow conversing with a female friend. She later was shown, attempting to take a handphone video of the deceased while he climbs over the rails. She then appeared shocked when he disappeared off the footage.

Earlier, the news of the fatal accident stated that the teenager was taking pictures along the bridge when his phone suddenly fell off his hands and landed onto the parapet. He leaned over to take it. Unfortunately, he lost his balance and fell down.

Facebook post of Chow indicates that he is a student of Randwick Boys High School, Australia and worked for Converse.
From his post, it seemed like Mr Jonathan was a skateboarder.
Some of his friends wrote on his Facebook post, saying that he will be missed.
Police are investigating this case of unnatural death.
