The Singapore Police Force is investigating the case of a legless body being found stuffed inside a luggage bag along Syed Alwi Road yesterday evening.
The police said they received a call at 6.04pm and went down to the scene. Curious members of the public crowded around near the site where the luggage bag is located. One member of the public took a video of the police officers inspecting the bloodied luggage bag.

It is reported that an eye witness said that he saw an old Chinese man trying to lift the luggage bag onto a shopping trolley (as shown in the above photo) with the help of two Indian men. The eye witness went forth wanting to help but noticed the bloodstains on the old man and the two men. The eye witness then called the police after knowing from the old man that a body is inside the luggage bag.
