BREAKING NEWS: Mr Tony Tan and team in talks with SPP

Mr Tony Tan Lay Thiam has confirmed with TOC that his team is in talks with Singapore People's Party (SPP) about about a possible alliance for the coming elections. If talks are successful, it is expected that Hazel Poa, Jeisilan Sivalingam and Tony Tan who are part of the group which resigned en-masse from Reform Party (RP) recently, may contest Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC with Mr Chiam See Tong and Mr Mohamad Hamim Aliyas, the Secretary-General and CEC member of SPP. Mr Chiam skipped a joint walkabout on Sunday with the RP in the West Coast GRC last Sunday.
