The CEO of SMRT goes to work in a Mercedes. She deserves it because the profits of SMRT has doubled in the past few years. Even as the economic crisis put thousands of Singaporeans out of the job, the SMRT’s latest quarter results show another increase in profits. Yes, the CEO deserves the credit for this success and along with it, her Mercedes Benz.
