By TOC understands that in Prime Minister’s National Day Rally speech, he is to announce the following:
– Political films regulation will be relaxed to allow factual and documentary portrayal of political events, but will still exclude ‘slanted’ political films.
– During election year, restrictions on internet media will be relaxed, including allowing podcasts.
– Public demonstrations will be allowed at Speaker’s Corner.
