27日起 所有入境者都要申报健康状况
根据移民关卡局文告，从本月27日早上9时起，所有入境新加坡者，不管是公民、永久居民、长期准证持有者（学生、工作准证持有者等），在通关时都要申报健康状况。
相信上述措施也是配合早前跨政府部门工作小组公布的新举措。
文告称入境者在抵境前三天，必须到抵境卡电子服务（SG Arrival Card Electronic Service）网页，填写并提交申报表。
当局援引《传染病法令》第55条，入境者需填写入境卡所有资料。若健康或旅游史有更动，也必须重新申报，若提供假资料则会被提控。
早前政府宣布从本月23日（周一）晚11时59分起，所有短期访客（short-term visitors ）将不得入境或在新加坡转机。
即便我国公民、永久居民和长期准证持有者入境，都要遵守14天居家通知（Stay Home Notice）。
截至本月22日，本地累计确诊病例455例，我国已有两起死亡病例。当中也有不少从国外返国的病例。
国家发展部长黄循财曾提醒，随着我国旅游警示提升到最高级别，任何国民若选择出国，也将面对后果。至于工作准证持有者此时若出境，疫情期间也不得再入境。
