Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak successfully underwent a minor surgery to remove a small benign growth on his right hand in Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) last night.
HKL in a statement, said PM Najib underwent the operation as an outpatient and the prime minister has returned home to rest.
Soon after the news of the successful operation went public, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong wished “a speedy recovery” to the Malaysian PM on his Facebook fanpage,  saying he is glad to hear the operation went well and hope to see him soon.

In response, the 62-year-old Najib said on his twitter account: “I’m recovering well, thank you for the kind thoughts. See you soon.”
