GE2025 Results: PAP’s Yip Hon Weng wins Yio Chu Kang SMC with 78.73% of the vote
Yip Hon Weng of the PAP retained Yio Chu Kang SMC with 78.73% of the vote, defeating PAR’s Michael Fang, who garnered 21.27%.
Yio Chu Kang SMC has been officially called for the People’s Action Party’s (PAP) Yip Hon Weng, who secured 78.73 per cent of the votes.
He defeated the People’s Alliance for Reform’s (PAR) Michael Fang, who garnered 21.27 per cent.
A total of 22,852 valid votes were cast, with 17,992 going to PAP and 4,860 to PAR.
In GE2020, Yip secured 60.83 percent of the votes against Progress Singapore Party’s Kayla Low, who garnered 39.17 percent of the votes.
