Mr. Wu, a resident of an adjacent apartment, recounted the startling noise that echoed through the neighborhood on the night of the incident, describing it as a “deafening crash” that prompted his mother’s alarmed reaction.
According to Shin Min Daily, Mr. Wu mentioned, “Afterwards, we discovered that a car had hit the wall. My house is in the building next to the incident, but I didn’t see the driver or passengers at the time.”
Additionally, another resident named Lado (46), reported seeing police officers conducting investigations at the scene and a tow truck preparing to remove the car upon his return home at 11:30 pm.
Debris from the collision littered the ground, and the accident site was appropriately cordoned off with tape and traffic cones.
