新加坡爱国歌曲之一《Count On Me Singapore》（相信我吧新加坡），是本地家喻户晓国庆爱国曲作，抒发国人对家国的情怀，呼吁国人为新加坡的愿景携手共进。
由来自加拿大的词曲创作人休·哈里森（Hugh Harrison）创作于1986年，曹思平（Clement Chow）演唱，《Count On Me Singapore》描绘和激励国人，能向世界展示新加坡的能力，“我们能办得到”（We can achieve）。
不过，有网友发现，《Count On Me Singapore》疑似遭改编，反而成了印度的爱国曲作。
一些改编歌曲似乎在去年7月至今年初之间，纷纷上载到Youtube平台，歌词几乎少有更动，只是把“新加坡”字眼改成“印度”。经改编后，曲名也被改为《We can achieve》（我们办得到）。
例如“我们对印度祖国有愿景，我们能办到，能办到”（“We have a goal for Mother India, we can achieve, we can achieve”），而原歌词显然是“我们对新加坡有愿景”。
至于原歌词“我们要向全球展示新加坡的能力”(We’re going to show the world what Singapore can be)，也惨遭改成“我们要向全球展示印度的能力”。
而网路上出现的改编版本，一些则有提到原歌曲出处来自《Count On Me Singapore》，但一些则没有。
还有上载到音乐平台soundcloud的改编歌曲，直接署名“Joey Mendoza”，而完全不提原创者的名字，显然有篡改之嫌，结果遭到网民挞伐，谴责剽窃的行为。
