房地产咨询公司莱坊（Knight Frank）发布《2021年财富报告》，据数据显示，尽管去年面对冠病疫情冲击，新加坡的超级富豪不减反增，比前年增加10.2巴仙，增长速度排名全球第三。 报告称本地超高净值人士（ultra high net worth individuals，简称UHNWI），净值至少或超过3千万美元（折和3千994万新元）的个体，去年有3千732人，比前年增加10.2巴仙或345人，增长速度排名在中国（增长15.8巴仙）和瑞典（11.3巴仙）之后。 去年全球超级富豪增长2.4巴仙，达52万人。而在前年则增长了三倍。 报告也预测，到了2025年，亚太地区超高净值人士数量，将增长33巴仙，至16万8567人。全球范围方面，超高净值人士平均增幅达27巴仙。 增速最高的国家将会使印尼（增67巴仙） 、印度其次（增63巴仙） ，新西兰（增52巴仙）…
