A kind-hearted man came to the rescue of a cat that was stuck somewhere along the Kallang–Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) tunnel.
In a 44-second video posted on TikTok last Wednesday (6 Jan), a man can be seen walking towards a seemingly frightened cat sitting by the shoulder of the highway.
He then carefully picks up the cat, and heads back to his car to bring the poor feline to safety.

As it turns out, this video is an old video, which dated two years back.
Facebook user Muhammad Andhika revealed in a comment on our Facebook post that the rescued cat in the video is currently under the care of him and his wife after they adopted it from the foster home of Nur Iman Cats two years ago.
“The kind lady helped to settle all of the [cat’s] expenses and care for it while she was abandoned,” he added.
According to Muhammad Andhika, “all is well” with the rescued cat, whose name is Kippy.
He went on to say that “Kippy is best friend with Ginger”, another abandoned cat whom they adopted.
