我国11月份整体物价微跌0.1%

我国11月如当局预测的,2021年将会是“略微正面”的一年,整体消费物价指数有所下跌。

金融管理局和贸工部周三(23日)公布相关数据,指11月份的核心通胀率与10月份相比,下降了0.1%。

11月的下跌速度会有所放缓,其主要原因在于服务、电力和天然气成本跌幅较小,以及食品价格上涨。

据《亚洲新闻台》报导,当局指出,11月份的服务费下跌了0.2%,主要是因为门诊服务费下降幅度较小,而娱乐和文化服务费用增加。

不仅如此,电力与煤气成本相较于10月的17.2%,11月份下降了6.8%,因为前一个月停止了公用事业回扣。

然而,由于非熟食和餐馆餐饮的价格大幅上涨,食品物价涨幅较大,涨幅达1.8%。

而零售与其他商品的成本大幅下跌-2%,这是因为服装和鞋类价格下跌幅度较大,而家用耐用品成本增长速度放缓。

至于私人交通与住宿通胀则大致上维持不变,分别维持在-1.3%和0.3%。

由于主要商品市场需求疲弱,以及产出缺口持续存在,当局自10月开始对外部通胀保持低位预期。

当局表示,“在国内方面,成本压力预计保持低迷,劳动力市场累积的疲软将对工资造成压力。不过,随着今年政府补贴的救急,以及部分国内服务的需求持续回升,预计2021年核心通胀率将会略微正面”。

针对租金课题,当局也表示,住宿成本预计下降,租金也可能会走软,部分原因是因为外国就业人数下跌。

至于私人交通成本,也将会因为拥车证的减少,而略微提升。

金管局与贸工部预测2020年核心通胀率与总体通胀率,将介于-0.5%至0%。

2021年,核心通胀率预计平均为0%至1%,而总体通胀率则预计在-0.5%至0.5%之间。

上月,贸工部曾表示,新加坡经济预计将萎缩6%至6.5%。
