小笼包内藏“螺丝” 口福食阁称正介入调查

日前,兀兰一带的口福食阁被曝出小笼包内藏“螺丝”,顾客发现后将“附赠螺丝”小笼包拍照发到网上。据知口福食阁负责人表示已在调查此案件。

据了解,该“螺丝”小笼包事件发生在兀兰6道第768座组屋兀兰坊(Woodlands Mart)的口福食阁。网友 Ah Bian Bian在吃到“螺丝”后,将照片上传至脸书上,并写道,“点小笼包,送螺丝”,还写下口福食阁的店名。

对此,口福集团发言人则称已得知此事,并在当天展开调查,目前也与该摊主及与顾客取得联系。

此外,公司也会派遣内部卫生人员就该事件进行更深入的调查。

口福集团续指,顾客向摊位反映问题后,摊位也在第一时间向顾客道歉,并立即做出退款。口福还强调,公司非常重视卫生问题,并会毫不犹豫地对任何卫生疏漏的摊贩采取纪律处分。

该集团也鼓励顾客若遇到任何问题,可向食阁的经理求助或发电邮至 [email protected]。
