王乙康称两地已控制疫情 狮城香港“航空泡泡”22日起航

交通部长王乙康认为,狮城和香港两地已成功控制疫情,两地将在11月22日,正式启动“航空泡泡”,届时每日将有一趟往返航班,每趟航班乘客数量限200人。

他在今早的记者会上,宣布上述计划落实细节。旅客的旅行目的和行程将不受限制。不过出发前三天,续接受冠病聚合酶链反应(PCR)拭子检测,并呈阴性结果。班机上也不能有其他过境旅客。
值得一提的是,新加坡旅客入境香港后,须自付接受检测,在机场等候直至结果出炉。不过香港旅客入境我国,却无须检测。前往香港的本地旅客,在出发前需为抵境检测预约和付款。

不过,若新加坡或香港一周的无关联冠病确诊病例每日平均超过五起,“航空泡泡”将暂停,直至每日平均少于五起才会恢复。
