后港1道第174D座组屋，过去两年半期间，相继出现四起肺结核病例。卫生部将在后天（26日）起，在摩绵路一带的肺结核控制部门（Tuberculosis Control Unit，简称TBCU），为同座居民提供免费预防性检测。 此举乃是为了侦测还未被确诊的病例。TBCU和国家传染病中心（NCID）的人员，也会在25日（明日）到下周二，走访上述组屋所有单位，鼓励居民接受检测，届时居民可透过人员进行预约，居民可自行选择是否参与检测，或是拨打TBCU热线62484430预约。 2018年1月至2020年6月之间，该组屋楼层不同单位，有四人相继确诊肺结核。其中两人已完成疗程，仍有两名在接受治疗，但已不具传染性。 此前，当局在获悉这些病例后已展开追踪工作，那些有何患者近接触的人士已被安排检测。当时的调查显示，四名病例之间未曾接触过。 不过在本月，当局进行基因排序时，发现上述四例病患有相似的基因组合。除了住同座组屋，并没有其他共同点，他们之间也互不认识、没打过交道，也不曾一同在公共场所聚集。 卫生部文告指出，这不符合肺结核一般的传播方式，因为肺结核通常是透过与患者长期密切接触而感染的。
