走廊放置物品阻碍通道 巴西立居民申诉深受其扰

障碍物处理,一直是公共组屋居民的“世纪难题”,尽管当局都有明确的指示,但只要有居民忽略,问题就一直都无法得到全面的解决。

本社接获一名居民李女士的通报,曝光她的邻居经常出现各种各样的东西占据公共走廊,阻碍她走通道。

李女士居住在巴西立51街第511座组屋,她表示,邻居每天都将东西放置在紧急出口上,导致她的婴儿车无法通过,坐在轮椅上的岳母也只能勉强通过。

据李女士所述,邻居一般都会放置的物品包括:

三个楼梯状的巨大的铝板花架,边缘锋利,孩子容易爬上去,从高处跌落,曾经因此伤害到她的小孩。

两到三个晒衣架,每天都会放置在走廊挡道

无法计量的脚踏车、锤子、锯子、剪刀等维修工具,以及大量木板和铝板、储物架等。

李女士深受挡道问题困扰,甚至求助巴西立-榜鹅集选区议员张志贤和建屋局,以及写信至民防部队和新加坡建设局的帮忙。

她表示,虽然他收到了巴西立-榜鹅市镇会的回复,指已通知邻居相关问题,要求他撤离,但仍没有进展。

“我知道市镇会一周前曾发出指示,要求他们拆除花架,但截至昨日,花架仍存在。“

根据李女士所分享的信件,市镇会官员称已经发出阻挠通知,并和居民交流过,而且将会持续跟进此案。

与此同时,她也收到了来自民防部队的信件,指他们已进行检查,经检查后,表示将会与相关单位跟进。

然而,李女士质问,迄今为止他并没有看见任何后续行动,甚至不了解民防部队究竟何时进行所谓的检查。

李女士也和邻居沟通过,但得到的回复只有一顿谩骂。

根据建屋局的消防安全指引,公共走廊内是不可放置任何易燃物料,可放置鞋架,以便民众能够放置鞋子,但从鞋架的护栏边,到另一侧,至少必须保持1.2米的宽度。除此之外,不得将逾1.2米宽的物架放置在走廊上,妨碍逃生通道,除非是方便可拆卸的。
