八家餐厅涉违反安全管理措施 被勒令停业

永续发展及环境部今日(29日)发布声明,指八家餐厅因涉嫌违反安全管理措施,被勒令停业;另有14家餐饮场所和32人则被罚款。

各政府机关于上周五(25日)和周六(26日)针对热门地点进行突击检查,共240家餐饮场所,发现了15家违反安全管理措施,针对违例店家,当局予以相关罚款。

被发现卖酒勒令停业

文告指出,执法人员于本月16日晚上10点50分左右,在勿洛一带的新樟宜路上段第59座咖啡店内发,仍有四桌顾客在户外用餐区喝酒。

新加坡食品局也因此下令该店于本月19日停业十天。

而位于惹兰孟比那(Jalan Membina)第26座的J.Membina咖啡店也于本月19日被发现有顾客于晚上11点20分仍在喝酒,因此被食品局下令于本月23日开始停业十天,至到10月2日。

榜鹅尾的Siam Square Mookata也因被执法人员发现在晚上10点30分仍有顾客在喝酒,被下令于本月19日停业十天。

未保持一米安全距离

另一方面,执法人员也在本月25日发现位于乌节路邵氏大厦(Shaw House)的Café de Muse咖啡座人群,未遵守一米安全距离,而咖啡座也未实施体温检测,顾客间的座位也未相隔一米,因此旅游局下令自本月26日起停业至10月5日。

而还有店家因允许逾五人的群组在分开坐时保持交流,或不同桌的顾客相互交流,而被勒令停业。其中包括河滨坊(Riverside Point)的Brewerkz、丹戎巴葛路的Ggang Tong和Chicken Up,以及豪杰大厦的Jamboree Bar & Café。

另有14家餐饮场所则因允许逾五人一组的顾客进场,同时允许不同桌顾客交流,违反安全管理措施,因此被予以罚款,其中一家店家为重犯,罚款双倍,即2000元。其余店家则罚款1000元。

此外,也有32人因聚集人数超过五人、与其他桌顾客交流,或是吃喝之后没有戴好口罩,被罚款300元
