现实版《穿着Prada的恶魔》? 网民历数服装公司16罪状

日前本地主流报导,有本地服装品牌公司因业绩不好而体罚员工青蛙蹲200下。不少网民亦站出来,历数该公司的16罪状,包括要求工作必须早到迟退、两个月要染发一次、新人必须为先出钱帮旧员工打包等等,甚至还侵犯个人隐私,包括查看手机、询问假日活动等!

《新明日报》报导某服装店(Southxxxx)体罚员工后,虽然有旧员工辩护,是员工自愿挑战青蛙蹲,但是网友Yong Ling Lee于8月22日在脸书群组 “新加坡工作介绍所” 贴出长文,分享她在该服装连锁店内所面对的种种 “挑战” 。

自掏腰包为旧员工打包

来自马来西亚的她指出,那是她在我国的首份工作,因薪资而选择在该公司工作。然而,工作的第一天就让她“大开眼界”了,新员工需要每日自掏腰包,为旧职员外出两次打包餐点。旧员工所点的餐点都不便宜,新职员除了要先出钱为他们打包之外,自己也只能跟着在同一家餐馆打包,没有其他的选择,且要差不多一两周后才能拿回“打包费”。

“我们是销售衣服的,不是当你们的傀儡,请问这个包括在我的工作范围吗?”

早到迟退 罚款多多

Yong Ling Lee指该公司刻薄员工、欺负新人,尤其看不起马劳。公司要求员工提早半个小时到公司,以便化妆和戴所售卖的饰品,如手链、项链、耳环、发夹和腰带等,非常没有销售品德。 “我们早上10时上班却不能打卡,他们要我们10时25分才打卡。因为怕人力部会稽查!!”

工作时段是从早上10时半开始,至晚上9时45分结束。网友却表示,就算晚上9时45分打卡了,也会拖到11时许才能回家,有时甚至赶不上最末班地铁,只能乘搭巴士回家,到家时已经11时了,且公司也没有给超时费。

“重点是超时费没有,还要每天罚钱,罚这个罚那个,衣架掉了要罚、没喊口号要罚、看了销售网没关要罚、衣服烫坏要赔,不是自己弄坏的就全体一起赔,一个月工钱才2050元,处罚时一个人平均罚款50-100元。”

Yong Ling Lee表示,公司也列出不少 “条规” 导致员工的薪水根本不够用,包括强制员工居住在公司临近地点,以便随传随到,但是有些连锁店地点的房屋租金都不便宜;要求员工每两个月染发一次、要求员工化妆,还指定使用的化妆品和鞋子品牌、员工必须做指甲等。“扣了房租滴滴答答都剩不多了,还要花费这些东西?这份工是人做的吗?”

“善用”员工私人时间

此外,网友指出,公司会“善用”员工们的私人时间,包括为主持会议准备比文章还长的稿件、放工后在手机开会至凌晨1时、七早八早到其他分店洗衣服等。甚至在休息日时,公司也会要求员工回公司帮忙或学习,如帮忙拿东西等,且都要自己负责交通费。

员工每周有一个休息日,但是公司却会询问员工在休息日的作息。“如果我们说在家睡觉,他们就会说我们不充实,说我们废。”

干涉员工休息日就算了,公司连员工的交友状况和休息时段也要管。Yong Ling Lee指公司不允许员工和员工之间太过友好、不能住在一起和一起出门,而员工午餐吃什么、有吃没吃都要管,甚至抢走员工的手机,以检查他们在休息时段看什么。

她表示,有时在20分钟的休息时段用餐,都会被要求出去帮忙干活,导致一餐分两三次才吃完,而且吃得慢还会被嫌弃。

帖文中,她也提到公司会管制他们的体重,胖一些就不给吃,说胖了不美、脸色不好,还被强制加入“肥肥俱乐部”群组内,每周检查体重。没有成功减重的员工,就会被处罚200至400下的青蛙蹲,甚至录音后放入群组中供人欣赏,赤裸裸地侮辱人。“有病吗?”

销售衣服还要考试

抢业绩也是公司内常见的手段,Yong Ling Lee指公司高层就常常做出这些事情,并把新人叫到后方去烫衣服,导致新人常常因不达标而挨骂。他们也要求新人在一个小时内烫好20间衣服,否则也会挨骂。 “做不到会给他们骂,给他们讲,没有心学习,态度不好,人格很有问题?我们不会做家务?他们就说帮我妈妈来教我。”

她表示,工作了首三个月会有考试,考试过关了才有佣金,因此员工必须将商店内的衣服代号、意大利颜色名字、材料、生产商记好。旧员工会进行突击问答,凡是无法回答上的都会被骂。“考试第一次肯定不能pass ,通过了2-3次,他们才会给你通过……高层就是特意为难我们。”

“做销售衣服需要考试的?我还是第一次听到!”

在帖文尾端,Yong Ling Lee表示她在该处工作了半年,几乎就像签了卖身契,工作比卖身契还糟糕。而没有提早辞职,因为未做满三个月辞职会被罚款600至700元;做满三个月辞职,则会被罚款所得税。

她表示,以上种种都是导致员工无法长久工作的原因,而公司也强迫员工发出请人帖。

她希望人力部看到此帖文能够有所行动,帮助他们讨回公道,更促请要到新加坡工作的人们,千万别申请该公司。

要求服装公司做出澄清

昨日,另一名网民Phang Jingyi也针对此事,在脸书帖文,历数该公司的16条“罪状”。

除了Yong Ling Lee所提到的亲身经历之外,Phang Jingyi指该公司在工作的打卡系统做了手脚,导致员工超时工作;聘请比本地员工更多的外籍员工;外籍员工被取消工作准证时,发生扣税和扣押薪金的纠纷;公共假期用休息日抵消;强召生病员工回公司工作;让持社交旅游准证的外籍人士试工或工作;以及强制零售员工从事装修工作。

Phang Jingyi要求该公司,就允许员工使用或穿戴销售商品一事做出澄清。 “尤其是在新冠病毒爆发疫情的敏感期间,这些饰物、耳环是否员工戴过、是否有经过消毒?”

她也希望消费者协会、卫生部等机构能够介入调查,以保护消费者协议。
