生意难做!客人不守社交距离 餐饮业者忧连累餐厅被关!

生意难做!餐饮业者吐苦水,客人不遵守安全预防规定,业者屡劝不果,还被社交距离官员警告罚款,业者无奈只好举报警察。

在疫情的侵袭下,全球的生活形态也开始改变,人们出门都必须戴上口罩,保持好社交安全距离,但似乎仍有部分人无视这些规定。

Vatos Urban Tacos的创办人兼大厨的美国韩裔金新翰,昨日在脸书直言,一些客户不遵守社交安全举例,即使已经限制每桌人数,但他们仍然会聚集,在三番四次的规劝也仍然不听劝。

他举例,他在南岸的分店就遇到这种“奥客”。两张分坐五人桌的客人,却聚集在一起,即使被他的员工全说了三四次还是不听劝。“每一次我们都有劝他们不要聚集,但他们只会回复”好的好的“,五分钟后,又开始故态复萌。20分钟后,一名社交距离大使进来,并警告我们如果回来再让他看见这样的情形就开罚单,甚至可能被勒令关闭。”

“今晚在荷兰村,又有四人桌和三人卓的客人继续并桌交流。我的经理也上前规劝,奈何他们直接忽视,经理只好给出严厉警告。最终我们只能请客人离开。但客人不愿意。”

无可奈何之下,他们只好报警处理,但现场仍然有客人将照片拍下,并表示将会举报违反社交安全距离的行为,让他相当无奈。

他也在文内呼吁客人应该要遵守社交安全距离,因为不仅仅关系到餐厅的营业,更很可能影响了店内员工的生计。

“对于客人而言,或许违反社交安全规定并不那么重要,但对于餐厅而言,它很可能就是面临生死问题。许多餐饮业可能会被罚上高额罚款,还要被强制关闭10天,都可能是导致餐饮业者倒闭的最后稻草。我们许多员工的生计也取决我们对于此事的处理,故不便之处,敬请理解。”

他在文末也道出该欲违反社交安全距离的客人的结果。他表示,该群客人在警察来到前以离开,因为若他们选择不走,可能将会如同之前在罗拔申码头聚集喝酒的人的下场。

“请勿将餐厅置于这样的情况,因为我相信大多数业者将会选择保护自己和员工,而不是一群被驱逐出境的外籍人士。”

金新翰也指出,无论民众是否同意规定,所有人都应该要遵守所设下的规定,因此呼吁客人在外出用餐时,请遵守社交安全规定。

该帖文也引发网友的关注,截至目前已有逾3千人次的转载与按赞。

金新翰曾在美国、新加坡和菲律宾开设韩国墨西哥餐馆,当初在韩国首尔开幕时被CNN评为首尔最“夯”新餐馆。

2015年,金新翰在新加坡靠近风华南岸(South Beach Avenue)的South Beach Quarter开设Vatos Urban Tacos。随后在荷兰村再开设分店。

我国在6月19日起,恢复不超过五个人的社交聚会,到餐厅用餐时,每组不超过五人的小组之间,则须保持至少一米的安全距离。而且,群聚的小组之间不可互相接触。
