酒醉、假冒警员还袭女子胸！ 前SMRT职员被判入狱四周
SMRT职员酒后冒充警员，当着女子男友对女子袭胸，被判刑事暴力及冒充公务员罪，认罪后被判入狱四周。
被告为47岁的Ng Soon Hee，他于2019年3月22日下午1时30分，在武吉班让岗沙路第173座组屋附近发生。26岁的受害者和34岁的男友当时该喝啤酒，听到被告大喊后转身，只见被告趋近，并指责他们太吵了。
身穿SMRT制服的被告，向受害者们出示制服上的工作证件，却自称是警察，并阻止他们看清证件，还说晚上10时30分后不该喝酒，并对受害者说出猥琐话语。
男友不甘女友被侮辱，和被告对质。女子见状试图劝阻时，遭被告以手臂推开，还用手握住她的胸部后，再把女子推开。
女子当时就叫男友报警，而被告则显得无所畏惧，不断挑衅男友并爆出口。
被告被逮捕时，警方检测发现其每一百毫升血液中的酒精含量达108毫克。
被告原本被控冒充公务员、侮辱女性及非礼罪名，但是非礼控状之后被改为使用刑事暴力。被告于昨日就两项罪名认罪，侮辱女性罪名则交由法官下判时纳入考量。
控方曾要求对被告下判短期监刑，指被告的行为咄咄逼人且具侵犯性。辩方则求情表示，被告当时酒醉了，且非常配合警方调查。
冒充公务人员罪名一旦成立，被告可被判入狱不超过两年、罚款，或两者兼施；而刑事暴力罪成也将导致监禁不超过三个月，罚款不超过1500元，或两者兼施。
