裕廊东巴士转换站熟食摊疑电线短路起火，两名员工灭火不果逃
裕廊东巴士转换站一个熟食摊疑似电线短路，突然起火，而附近两名员工试图灭火，但无法成功最后仓皇而逃，所幸无人伤亡。
该火患发生在昨晚（10日）晚上10点30分左右，位于裕廊东巴士转换站的一间马来食物熟食摊。
据《联合早报》报导，目击者表示摊位于晚间8点30分左右已经收档，在晚间9点40分左右却闻到焦味，并循着焦味看向马来摊口才发现起火，而两名附近工作的员工也尝试灭火不果，才讲两人逼退。
民防部队在接获通报后也迅速赶往现场，并将火势扑灭。目击者也在火患时拍下照片，并表示当时浓烟不断从摊位窜出。
摊位的摊主在接获失火通知后，迅速赶往现场了解摊位情况。现场也传出火患可能因电线短路而引起，民防部队也证实，昨晚9点55分左右确实接获通报，并用一只水枪将火势扑灭。
并没有人在事故中受伤，而起火原因正在调查中。
负责管理裕廊东巴士转换站的巴士业者易塔通（Tower Transit）在证实这起事故的发生时表示，易塔通将为失火摊位的摊主提供协助，其他的摊位相信能在几天内恢复营业。
