【工人党市镇会诉讼】毕丹星等人反对诉方修改诉状

尽管高庭已在去年10月11日作出判决，不过阿裕尼后港市镇会（AHTC）代表律师，在今年5月向法庭申请，修改针对工人党毕丹星和其他四人的诉状内容。 不过此举遭到毕丹星等人的代表律师的反对。他们认为诉方AHTC代表律师未阐明，为何没有更早提出要求修改诉状？也不应让诉方为了符合早前的判决，而允许他们这么做。 他们也指出根据《时效法》（Limitation Act），要提出新诉状内容受到六年和三年期限的限制。再者，上述修改诉状形同“提出全新的起诉和索偿额”，也可能对工人党成员们形成歧见。 在诉方提出的修改要求中，也包括指控工人党主席林瑞莲和前党魁刘程强，“违反公平的看管和技能职务”（breaching equitable duties of care and skill），致使市镇会不当地取消必要维护服务单位（EMSU）的招标，并把合同交给FMSS公司。 至于诉方针对毕丹星、市镇会理事蔡誌泓和符策涫，涉嫌“在行使适当技术与审慎义务上失责”(breaches…
