As of Thursday noon (30 July), the Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed an additional 278 cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore, the vast majority of whom are Work Permit holders residing in foreign worker dormitories.

This brings the total number of infection cases to 51,809.

There are four cases in the community, of whom one is a Singaporean and three are Work Pass holders.

In addition, there are four imported cases who had been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore.

The Ministry will share further updates in its press release tonight.
