GE2020 Results: PAP wins East Coast GRC with 53.41 per cent of votes
East Coast GRC officially called for the People’s Action Party (PAP) with 53.41 per cent of the votes.
The winning team comprises Heng Swee Keat, Tan Kiat How, Mohd Maliki Bin Osman, Cheryl Chan and Jessica Tan.
They beat the Workers’ Party (WP)’s Dylan Ng, Kenneth Foo, Nicole Seah, Terence Tan and Abdul Shariff Aboo Kassim, the latter of which garnered 46.59 per cent of the votes.
A total of 61,009 votes went to the PAP while 53,228 went to the WP in East Coast GRC.
