In his final e-rally on the evening of 8 July 2020, SPP’s Chairman and candidate for Potong Pasir has pledged to donate 50% of his salary to a Potong Pasir Welfare Fund. He said that this fund will be administered by residents, for residents.

He also shared that this fund will be used to fund bursaries for school children, amongst other things. He also called upon those who are more privileged in Potong Pasir to also contribute to this fund so that less privileged members of the constituency can benefit.
