【选举】陈清木遗憾竞选海报被令撤下 选举局称所有政党都接到指示
昨日（2日）前进党西海岸集选区竞选团队申诉，被市镇会下令撤下50张海报。对此，前进党秘书长兼西海岸集选区前进党候选人陈清木在社交媒体 Instagram上表示，相当失望和难过。
不过，据了解选举局较后回应媒体，经与西海岸市镇会求证，市镇会是基于民众安全考量，要求有关地区挂在灯柱上的海报撤下，特别是该地区人流量较高。选举局也指，所有政党都接到有关指示。
陈清木也在Instagram上表示为海报被下令撤下后而感到失望和难过。
“我想和你们说，许多前进党的海报都被撤下，我们都非常沮丧和难过，但我希望网友能够透过网络发散消息，持续支持我。”
选举局亦针对此事向《Mothership》作出回应，他表示政党与候选人必须先征得产业主同意才能张贴海报和横幅。该地为市镇会的灯柱，基于安全因素而要求撤下这些海报，所有政党的海报亦将会被撤下。
“根据法律显示，政党和候选人必须征得业主同意，才能将海报上架。经与市镇会核实，该灯柱是市镇会所有，基于安全因素，交通流量较大，因此海报才会被撤下。此后，所有政党的海报也会被撤下。”
