【选举】选举局称竞选期未到 张挂海报布条归市镇会法管
本月23日，我国刚解散国会、宣布6月30日提名日，7月10日投票日。但本社通讯员却发现，23日晚就有行动党党旗出现在马林弯路旁。为此，民主党副主席陈两裕致函选举局，要求澄清。
不过，选举局昨日（27日）告知《今日报》，由于竞选期（即提名日至7月10日投票日期间）还未到，故此国会选举（选举广告）条例目前还未生效。
至于目前海报、布条的张挂，都属市镇会法的范畴。
至于选举竞选期间，张挂海报布条则需选举官的准证。
而根据《今日报》报导，志愿者称有关行动党党旗，仍在马林百列党分布的范围内。也指张挂党旗是配合国庆的一环，过去2、30年都这么做。
